Group Discounts Terms

To receive a Group Discount, all attendees must be employed by the same company, and all passes must be paid with one payment (individual payments will not be accepted). Group Discounts are not available with onsite registrations.

Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy

For cancellations received in writing more than ten (10) working days prior to the conference you will receive a full refund minus $200 cancellation fee per delegate. For cancellations received less than ten (10) working days prior to the event no refunds will be issued. In the event the conference is postponed, conference fees at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, a full refund will be issued. If the conference is cancelled, all monies will be refunded within 30 days from notification. National Media is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of an event. Nor will any liability attach to National Media if this event is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible. For the purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any other emergency. Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, however, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, National Media reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.

Organisers Rights

National Media, organisers of Online Retailer, reserves the right to qualify any and all attendees to its events. We reserve the right to deny access to any individual or company that 1) does not meet the attendee qualify requirements; and/or 2) engages in or is reputed to engage in business practices that are generally considered unethical and unprofessional. National Media also reserves the right to limit the number of attendees from non-exhibiting companies who we consider to be sellers rather than buyers.
