Aaron Magness

Aaron joined Zappos.com with a primary focus in business development, however today his role has grown to see him overseeing Brand Marketing, PR and Social Media. Prior to joining Zappos.com, Aaron spent 7 years in senior roles with Williams-Sonoma. He received his BBA from University of Wisconsin – Madison with a double major of Marketing and Management & Human Resources. People often do the stupid stuff while they are still in school, but he chose to run with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain only five weeks before his wedding day. Luckily, he made it out alive. Also, while not really enjoying either event, he is a marathoner and triathlete.

Jeff Beaver

Jeff Beaver is co-founder and chief product officer for Zazzle, the only on-demand retail platform for consumers and major brands to offer billions of retail quality products on-demand within 24 hours. Jeff conceived the idea and model for Zazzle together with his brother Bobby and father Robert while a student at Stanford University in California. The brothers engineered the site, and under Jeff's direction, Zazzle’s product offering has grown substantially to include many industry firsts like custom skateboards, fully embellished shoes, and on-demand embroidery. In addition to product development, Jeff plays an integral role in many other aspects of the company, including business development and strategic business units. He helps guide company direction and vision, while sharing responsibility for day-to-day operations. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University.

Paul Greenberg

Paul Greenberg is the co founder and head of Business Development at DealsDirect.com.au. Founded in October 2004, DealsDirect is now Australia’s number one online department store. DealsDirect emerged out of Auctionbrokers, which was eBay Australia’s largest seller by dollar value from 2000 to 2004. Auctionbrokers was an online auction model, which predated the trading assistants program, which is now part of the eBay landscape worldwide. Brett Clark

Brett graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree in 1988 and a MBA in 2005. As Chief Marketing Officer, Decker is responsible for leading Bazaarvoice’s corporate marketing and PR. Before joining Bazaarvoice, Decker spent seven years of leadership at Dell, Inc. in marketing, eBusiness, CRM, and customer-centricity. From 1999-2003, he led Dell's consumer web site, building Dell.com into the largest consumer eCommerce site at $3.5B in annual sales, and established global best practices in merchandising, analytics, product management, and operations. Sam pioneered Dell's customer-centricity strategy and customer segmentation using Six Sigma methodology. Later he directed marketing for Dell's $1B+ installed-based marketing division, responsible for eBusiness, marketing communications and brand management. Michael Leeman

Dr Shaun Ryan
